Sofa and Love Seat are in great condition. There is some wear on the corner of the love seat cushion which can be sewn up or flipped over.
The arm chair has barely been used.
Must be able to pick it up from Crown Heights location (ground floor level) and have your own movers or be able to move it yourself.
