Medical Summary Scanned negative intact male, approx 10 months old coat very clean- seems to have been recently bathed healing laceration to central paw pad of left hind leg applied activyl bar very friendly, takes food easily and gently, body loose and relaxed, tail wagging. Very social and interested in people.

Medical Summary S/O: Owner returned with patient as recommended by veterinarian. Per owner, ever since she adopted patient on 1/24, he has vomited everyday with increased frequency, consisting of food, somtimes saliva. Yesterday, patient vomited a total of 8 times. Currently patient is inappetent
