Beautiful amstaff Scooby seeks permanent home in Brooklyn, New York For Sale

Poor gorgeous Scooby. He and his buddy Duke wound up homeless when their caregiver was evicted. Scooby looks so confused, he probably wonders why he is not with his owner , must be so traumatic for him , please someone rescue him and his pal Duke
**Behavior: Experience**
Scooby pulls slightly on the leash during his relief walk, and during SAFER he was very sociable towards the assessor. He was a bit difficult to position for some of the handling items, but when given time to calm down he allowed the assessor to conduct each item without issue. Scooby was distracted during the tag interaction, and was not interested in the food and rawhide items. He was easy to handle when chewing on the toys, and during the dog-dog interaction, Scooby approached the helper dog with his body relaxed and a neutral tail wag. When attempting to allow Scooby to play off leash with other dogs, Scooby appeared to be a bit anxious and nipped at dogs through the gate. Although no issues seen the dog-dog interaction, the behavior displayed when greeting dogs through the gate may suggest he may be barrier reactive, and would be best suited for an experienced adopter.
3/22 Update
Very friendly at the gate, polite wagging tail while greeting. Runs in eager to play with loose body and wagging tail. He engages in a bit of running play.
3/24 Update
Does well with 2 females and has a wagging tail. He is not interested in interacting but tolerant when greeted.
3/29 Update
Duke continues to do well with both males and females and is friendly and will greet with a wagging tail. He appropriately corrects a foward dog when she places her paw across his shoulders.
